I had a truly wonderful time at the Vintners Inn. The property is absolutely stunning, with beautiful landscaping and quiet surroundings. My room was comfortable and spacious, and the complimentary bottle of wine was a lovely touch. However, there was construction nearby that took away from the overall tranquility of the experience. Overall, it was a fantastic retreat in wine country, but I wish I had known about the construction work in advance.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the vineyard view from our balcony room was stunning and the breakfast was delightful, some aspects fell short, like the inoperable fireplace and a delayed check-in. It's a shame because at $400 a night, I expected everything to run smoothly, but they did remove the resort fees as compensation for the inconveniences.

Rooms

The room was nicely appointed and featured a beautiful view of the vineyard, making it a pleasure to relax.
Service

The service was a bit hit or miss; the front desk staff seemed indifferent, especially regarding the fireplace issue, but they did remove the resort fees once I raised concerns.

Dining

Breakfast at the hotel was quite enjoyable, and the food was great; however, the dining options at the restaurant were more high-end and pricy.
Facilities

Facilities were well-maintained overall, but ongoing construction was present, yet it didn't disrupt our stay.

I had a fantastic experience at Vintner’s Resort. The property is beautiful, and I loved the complimentary wine tastings and welcome drinks. The room was spacious and comfortable, although I missed the charm of the older design. The dining experience was excellent. While the service was generally friendly, there were some minor hiccups with the bathroom. Overall, it felt like a good value for money, especially considering prices in the area.

Our stay at the resort was absolutely delightful, surrounded by beautiful vineyards and lush gardens that provided a truly tranquil atmosphere. The spacious, well-appointed room made us feel right at home, although it did lack some natural light during the day. The dining was an unforgettable experience, with delicious food options that tempted our taste buds. However, it was a slight disappointment that families with younger kids can't enjoy the pool area.

Rooms

The room was spacious and comfortable but felt somewhat dark during the day. It was also well-equipped with essential amenities like a fridge and coffee machine.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. The property is stunning with its wine country charm, and I appreciated the high-quality complimentary goodies. However, the lack of elevators was a significant inconvenience, especially when lugging my suitcase upstairs. The experience at check-in was less than ideal, and not having a response regarding my gift certificate left a sour taste. That said, the breakfast at the Cafe was a highlight and worth it for anyone with food allergies.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were lovely but felt a bit dated with some wear and tear. They were spacious and had nice touches, but the overall vibe could use some updates.
Service
6.0
The service was variable; while I appreciated the maintenance man's help with my luggage, I felt like my request for non-feather bedding was an inconvenience to the front desk staff.
Location
7.0
The hotel itself is beautifully situated, which adds to the relaxing vibe, but the lack of elevator access is disappointing for a property aiming at a more sophisticated clientele.
Dining
9.0
Breakfast at the Cafe was fantastic! They offered delicious options, and the gluten-free bread was especially tasty.
Facilities
7.0
While the grounds were well-kept with charming nooks, not having an elevator is a notable downside for carrying luggage.
